Servo Dispatches: Rogue Reveals

(Like Star Wars and collecting? We would be honored if you joined us at ST-45!) 

It's 3AM. It's dark. And there's new Star Wars action figures to talk about. All sorts of awesome new stuff was revealed in their #GOROGUE branded event and excellent video. It'll all be discussed later, but here's the big reveals I'm really interested in...These are all from Stitch Kingdom, please go and check out their website because it's really quite good.

So here we see a few new reveals: 3.75 Baze, what is possibly the Disney Store AND Black Series K2 figures side by side, and a new 6" Chirrut we have never seen before.

Here's the Hasbro 3.75 scale Chirrut with K-2.

 These next three are from Entertainment Weekly:

Disney Store Elite Jyn, looking good. Her waist seems a bit bulky, but I love the way these figures look in the package. Also only one I've seen so far with baton! Phwhack.

These Disney Store figure sets have been fantastic, and this one is no exception! Watch for the paint applications on the eyes and you're all set. Get it? Set. Ha. Oh.

-Mexican projection effect is really cool inside the main chamber.

-No No Norway I waited for Norway with the line sticking out the door.

-New vertical farming at Living with the Land!

-Hot. Not too crowded. But really, really hot.

-The World's End is in theaters now. See it.

EpcotServo's Updates #2.82- E N D L E S S E I G H T

Hello everybody, let's get going for a great .82 update on 8.2!

EPCOT


-Weather was hot as all get out, Crowds crowded.

-FastpassNextgeneverywhere. EVERYWHERE.

-Universe of Energy badly needs a rehab, projections looking mucky, MANY effects gone from dino scenes, attacking dinosaur now TOTALLY motionless, and an entire Doorwall not working meaning sound disrupting the end of theater b show when the dino music kicks back on. Not to mention curtains not working. Since Energy is only the most important topic affecting the future, it's half past time to put aside short term profit and work on a flawless new Energy show and get this Pavilion back to being a showcase of EPCOT ingenuity with it's incredible ride system still a show piece to be proud of.

-Heeeaaaaatttttttt is stinkyyyyyy

-Lettuce from the land is still so delicious

-All the effects are still working on Test Track! Plus the after-scene scores were working, as well as the Take-A-Picture with your design actually showing your design in the post-show. Aside from a general nextgen derpyness from RFID and giant touch screens, the overall show is still holding up really well.

-HAPPY EPCOT!

EpcotServo's Updates #2.57- Solid Summer Society

Hey everyone! Time now for another Update, and even more stuff! Let's get right to the stuff.

UNIVERSAL

-Crowds were light. Yay to the end of Summer!

-I still think the pacing of the new Spiderman really takes it down a notch. Plus now in the backrow you can actually see the scoop behind or in front of you, which used to be impossible. The new timing just misses the beats that the original hit so well.

-They've also gone to Police-State measures regarding glasses at Spiderman. You can neither pick up or drop off glasses on your own, they must be handed to or from you as in olden days. NO TOUCHING! No touching.

-I noticed some water effects in Toon Lagoon operating again for the first time in awhile.

-The face capture effect in Forbidden Journey is operating again, IN COLOR.

-There is loads of construction work going on in Universal I won't have many pictures of. I'm an Update, what did you expect?

-Despicable Me was a rare 10 minute wait and decided to ride again. The second time really solidified my opinion that it's a well done ride based on something that shouldn't have a ride. It just falls flat. Neither really funny nor heartwarming. Once again, there seemed to only be tepid reaction. And the Ride Film just doesn't simulator that well. It's all either too straightline action or too much 3D movement leaving you woozy. It's not bad, but as an avid Universal Simulator Fan I don't think it's one of their best. Should have waited and built a Paranorman Dark Ride. (Go see Paranorman by the way, it's excellent!)

-Mummy Sets fire to your brain, watches it burn as it touches your face

-Men In Black Alien Attack is still awesome

-Also really enjoyed second viewing of Cinematic Spectacular. Great show! I did find the double image projection really strange on the first barge, it seems to be clearer on the second and third.

-Stuff

OK, that's about all. On to the pictures that will forever convince you, that the future...is truly in, my pants!

EpcotServo's Updates #2.36- E N D L E S S 8

Hey there everyone! Got some Universal Updates to Update, so let's do that thing I just said.

UNIVERSAL

-Very not crowded. Mild, even.

-Dueling Dragons was very not dueling, just as they said it would.

-Crowds were so low Potterland was on full show, with the doors of the Hog's Head closed, back exit of the candy shop closed, no shop lines except for the wand show, and even barstools at the bar.

-At the main IOA store they have the 1 year Potterland Anniversary pin, ask for it by name.

-Still two or three leaping mummies not leaping.

-Everything else at Mummy was working great.

-Construction for Neutron 2.0 has signage and graphics now.

-For some reason there is a bunch of NBC emmys on display. (Synergy)

-Mogami River
