How to survive the Writers' strike!

Since the Writer's may not be writing for some time, here's a list I compiled of things for you to do while they strike. And hopefully, by the time these TV shows come back on, you'll have grown to not care for them!

I kid, I kid. Ok, here's the list!

-The Darjeeling Limited!
An amazing, amazing movie, that I really loved. It's hard to catch, and I had to wait forever for it to come to Florida, but go see it if it's playing in your town. In fact, check right now, and see the next showing. You'll love it!

-Firefly!
To solve all your TV show problems, take a break from all the bad shows that get to stay, and check out the greatest TV show that died WAAYYYY before it's time! Head down to Target and you'll find the whole season for under $20. Then head over to the movie section, and get the movie "Serenity". That's the movie that came awhile after the show was cancelled. It's not as good as the TV show persay, but it does wrap up the series. The TV show is seriously one of the best shows I've ever had the pleasure to watch over, and over, and over again, and it will show what a great TV show really is!

-Grindhouse!
Just because not many good movies are coming out, dosen't mean there isn't some great movies you missed! Mainly, I suggest "Death Proof" and "Planet Terror". Two great films, by two great directors! You may have missed them as a fantastic double feature, but that dosen't mean you should miss out on these great films! Here are some other DVDs worth buying...

Hot Fuzz
300
Ratatouille
Transformers
Ocean's 13 (coming November 13th)
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (Coming December 4th)

-Be an American!
Read Stephen Colbert's new book, I am America (and so can you!)! You should have done this already, and if you have no plan too, you're a commie. There. I said it.

-Theme Parks!
Chances are, you live by an amusement or Theme Park. Go visit it!

Ok, that's it. A ton of fun, and no writing involved!
